Through a customized, immersive, one-on-one program, I will help you achieve clarity about how best to share your unique gifts with the world, using a combination of tools and techniques including standardized assessments, mindfulness practices, goal-setting, stress management techniques, radical listening, mirroring, positive psychology methods, guided meditations, embodiment practices, and energy work.

 

This program is for you if you want to deepen your confidence in your innate abilities, identify your greatest strengths, acquire new tools to more fully share your gifts with the world, and better serve a wide variety of clients. I will help you with all of these by offering clarity, compassion, honest feedback, and accountability. Sessions are offered weekly via Zoom, FaceTime, Phone, or in-person when feasible.
